The Warehouse Associate receives, unpacks, checks, ships, and stores products in the Distribution Center.


  • Receive incoming inventory from the factory by using an RFI Scanner.

  • Pick batteries/chargers from inventory location by using a computer or RFI Scanner.

  • Be able to read and process Sales Orders properly.

  • Light welding of connectors and cables to be applied onto a battery.

  • Install accessories to batteries.

  • Prepare batteries and chargers for shipment by operating a Sit Down forklift.

  • Move batteries, secure batteries to pallet, check pallets for accuracy, and load pallets onto trucks.

  • Work in a safe manner and comply with all safety and health policies.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Education, Experience, Certifications :

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • One to three years previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Basic computer experience with Microsoft Windows environment a plus

  • Sit Down Forklift Certification preferred

  • Must achieve passing score on pre-employment assessment


Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, individual is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Individual is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Ability to regularly lift a minimum 30lbs on a daily basis and 51 to 70lbs with assistance of equipment on a daily to weekly basis.

  • Regular use of safety glasses.

  • Vision requirements: close vision.
